A very thoughtful, considered renovation of a charming Queenslander in the inner northern suburb of Kedron. This recently completed project was designed by Aaron Wailes, and is the first of many houses we have built with Aaron Wailes Building Design. After many years of living in a small house, this growing family of five wanted an extension and update to their existing home to accomodate the needs of their older children who are all studying.

The extension offers a brand new kitchen, designed by Mint Designer Kitchens, a new living space, upper deck, reading/study nook, and a spacious special ensuite just for the master bedroom. There is so much detail in the timber work of this home with much time being given to blending the new and existing timber. Perhaps the biggest feature of this renovation is the entire windowed wall supplied by Duce Timber Windows and Doors that frames the enormous mango trees and pool area perfectly.
