Are you demolishing a home?
Sometimes we work on projects where the structure has been demolished well before we win the contract. While this is fine, it’s highly recommended that the finer scope details are checked as this may cost you more in the long run. On this particular site you can see that our team have hit the old brick walls from the original structure which, from a budget point of view, would have made better sense to remove at demo time. This was unknown to the client and as a result is now a latent condition costing a few thousand extra. Don't forget what is underneath the ground and make sure your demo contractor removes the entire house.
